Hannah Aubertine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents, individuals, couples, families and groups. Hannah has extensive experience and training pertaining to substance abuse disorders and treatment as well as providing therapy for individuals living in addictive patterns and/or sustaining recovery. She also works with families, partners, and loved ones of those experiencing someone struggling or working to overcome addiction. Hannah’s approach to therapy is a holistic one, with a focus on the whole person, including emotional, psychological and physical symptoms. Hannah values emotional and physical wellness and enjoys working with clients who are seeking peace and wellness in their lives. Hannah’s theoretical toolbox includes cognitive based therapies, narrative therapy, and mindfulness based therapies among many others. One of Hannah’s strengths as a counselor is helping clients to discover their own motivation for having improved and healthier thought patterns and actions in order to improve their lives and relationships. Hannah loves to continually enhance her education and skills by attending workshops and trainings to best serve her clients.
