I provide counseling services to adults, couples, children/adolescents, and families. I have a compassionate, but direct approach to mental health counseling in that I seek to help my clients reach their goals and lead lives that enable them to have personal and inter-personal contentment and happiness. My therapeutic approach is for counseling not to last indefinitely, but for my clients to gain the skills, tools, and self-awareness to enable them to navigate their presenting concerns in all aspects of their lives.
